New tanker “RN Primorye” made the first voyage to deliver oil products from Nakhodka to Sakhalin
The new tanker “RN Primorye” made the first voyage to deliver oil products (gasoline and diesel fuel) from the port of Nakhodka to the Korsakov oil depot of “RN-Vostoknefteprodukt” on Sakhalin Island. The vessel was loaded by a subsidiary of the Company – “RN – Sea Terminal Nakhodka”. The use of its own tanker fleet will allow NK “Rosneft” to improve safety and reliability of the motor fuel supply to Sakhalin Island.
“Rosneft” is the main supplier of motor fuels to Sakhalin and has a developed production and infrastructure base in the Far East. In the Sakhalin Area, “Rosneft” has a distribution network of 22 gas stations, including those in remote parts of the island.
The deadweight of the reinforced ice class tanker “RN Primorye” is 3,100 tons, length 88.9 meters, width 13.6 meters. The vessel is capable of simultaneously carrying four types of motor fuel.
“RN Primorye” became the second “Rosneft” tanker used to deliver oil products to Sakhalin. In 2018, the “RN Sakhalin” tanker began operating on the same route. Both tankers are operated by JSC “Rosnefteflot”, a specialized subsidiary of “Rosneft”.
Let us remind you, that“RN Primorye” is the second order of JSC “Dalzavod” Ship Repair Center”, made for “Rosnefteflot”.
